Been thinking a lot about this one. We are living in an age where everything is vying for our attention. Our attention is valuable to brands and entertainers, sure, but it’s also valuable to us. What I see, what I watch, what I read — it all shapes my thoughts and, by extension, my reality. I am working to be increasingly diligent about curating what I give my attention to.
