Your body was built to change. Really, it was. It is a creation that is meant to be different depending on the time of the day and the date of the year. Your melatonin levels and your body temperatures are both higher in the evening than in the morning. Your belly is soft so it can expand when you eat food. We develop more body fat in response to colder temperatures, like what a lot of us are experiencing right now. It is a bizarre fixation of our current culture that we expect our bodies to behave the same regardless of what is going on around them. Those kind of expectations are anti-science and go against your body’s marvelous nature. Please be gentle with you body; it is doing so much for you.
Your body was built to change
